Em xin thông tin đến hai anh về sự thay đổi về yêu cầu vật tư.

Xưởng vẫn sẽ áp dụng cách lập phiếu yêu cầu vật tư như trước đây (bằng cách nhắn tin qua zalo, viber, điện thoại,…) nhưng sẽ gửi ảnh chụp phiếu yêu cầu vật tư theo mẫu (có chữ ký xác nhận của Mr. Uli và người đề xuất) lên nhóm viber của xưởng để văn phòng hỗ trợ kịp thời và em sẽ không hỗ trợ lập phiếu yêu cầu (lập phiếu dựa trên yêu cầu và trình ký). Phiếu yêu cầu sẽ được chuyển về văn phòng sau đó để bổ sung hồ sơ.

Mấy anh hỗ trợ em công tác này cho đến hết tuần. Tuần sau, Mr. Hải và Mr. Vinh sẽ đảm nhận lại các việc này như ở Biên Hòa.
Nếu có thắc mắc hay khó khăn, hai anh liên hệ trực tiếp với em hoặc thông tin lên nhóm viber để được hỗ trợ.
