2.2.5 Đối tượng huy động vốn của Ngân hàng TMCP Sài Gòn Thương Tín chi nhánh Tân Phú
Trong giai đoạn 2010-2013, thị trường tiền tệ có nhiều biến động về lãi suất trong nước và thị trường quốc tế. Tình hình lạm phát tăng cao, cạnh tranh gay gắt về huy động vốn giữa các tổ chức tín dụng trong nước gây ra ảnh hưởng đến công tác huy động vốn của các NHTM nói chung và NH Sacombank chi nhánh Tân Phú.
Trước các biến động về lãi suất huy động vốn trên thị trường , Ngân hàng Sacombank chi nhánh Tân Phú đã chủ động áp dụng chính sách lãi suất linh hoạt trên cơ sở cung cầu vốn thị trường, tích cực cải thiện chênh lệch lãi suất cho vay – huy động và chênh lệch lãi suất giữa các chi nhánh, cải thiện quản trị thanh khoản dựa trên hệ thống thông số an toàn và phát triển nhiều công cụ huy động vốn mới (chứng chỉ tiển gửi, tiết kiệm dự thưởng ,…)
Các biện pháp chủ động và linh hoạt trong điều chỉnh lãi suất đối với cá nhân, doanh nghiệp cả VND và ngoại tệ đã đóng góp phần giảm thiểu tác động thị trường đối với huy động vốn, chất lượng quản trị vốn và sau cùng là hiệu quả kinh doanh của ngân hàng.
