Trong những trường hợp mà các dịch vụ, cơ sở vật chất và tài sản như vậy sẽ không được cung cấp cho các chuyên gia tư vấn như quy định tại Phụ lục A, thì các bên thoả thuận về (i) việc gia hạn thời gian cho Tư vấn để thực hiện các dịch vụ, (ii) cách thức mà tư vấn sẽ mua sắm, sử dụng các dịch vụ, cơ sở vật chất và tài sản từ các nguồn khác, và (iii) các khoản thanh toán bổ sung, nếu có, phải trả cho tư vấn theo quy định tại Điều 41 Quy định chung.

Results (English) 1:

In the case where the service, facility and property as such will not be provided to the consultants as set out in Appendix A, then the parties agreement on (i) the extension of time for the consultant to perform the services, (ii) the manner in which counsel will stores , use the services, facilities and property from other sources, and (iii) additional payments, if any, payable to counsel under the provisions of article 41 General provisions.

Results (English) 2:

In cases where the services, facilities and property so will not be provided to the consultants as specified in Annex A, the parties agreed to (i) the extension of the time time for consulting to perform the services, (ii) the way in which consultants will purchase and use of the services, facilities and property from other sources, and (iii) additional payments supplemented, if any, to be paid to consultants as stipulated in Article 41 GENERAL pROVISIONS.
