QUY ĐỊNH ĐẶT PHÒNG RESORT FURAMA ĐÀ NẴNG
Điều kiện hủy phòng
* Đối với khách lẻ:
- Hủy phòng trước 15 ngày (trừ T7,CN,Lễ) trước ngày nhận phòng không tính phí.
- Hủy phòng trong vòng 10 ngày đến 15 ngày (trừ T7,CN,Lễ) trước ngày nhận phòng tính phí 50% tổng tiền phòng.
- Hủy phòng trong vòng 10 ngày (trừ T7,CN,Lễ) trước ngày nhận phòng hoặc không đến tính phí 100% tổng tiền phòng
* Đối với khách đòan và giai đoạn cao điểm:
- Hủy phòng trước 33 ngày (trừ T7,CN,Lễ) trước ngày nhận phòng không tính phí.
- Hủy phòng trong vòng 33 ngày đến 18 ngày (trừ T7,CN,Lễ) trước ngày nhận phòng tính phí 50% tổng tiền phòng.
- Hủy phòng trong vòng 17 ngày đến 10 ngày (trừ T7,CN,Lễ) trước ngày nhận phòng tính phí 75% tổng tiền phòng.
- Hủy phòng trong vòng 10 ngày (trừ T7,CN,Lễ) trước ngày nhận phòng hoặc không đến tính phí 100% tổng tiền phòng
* Lưu ý: Các đặt phòng cho giai đoạn Lễ, Tết, cao điểm không được hoàn, hủy hoặc thay đổi.

Phải thanh toán 100% đêm đầu tiên
Điều kiện trẻ em đi cùng
- Trẻ em: Phòng tối đa 1 trẻ dưới 12 tuổi chung phòng bố mẹ, không kê extra bed miễn phí tiền phòng, phụ thu ăn sáng.
- Phụ thu ăn sáng: trẻ từ 4- dưới 12 tuổi phụ thu 215.000/trẻ.
- Trên 12 tuổi tính như người lớn.
- Extra bed : 1.050.000/1 đêm
- Tiệc bắt buộc:
+ Christmas Eve Dinner: phụ thu 1.828.000VND/khách, trẻ em 4-12 tuổi 1.398.000VNĐ/trẻ.
+ New Year Eve Dinner:: phụ thu 3.225.000VNĐ/khách, trẻ em 4-12 tuổi 2.473.000VNĐ/trẻ.
- Phụ thu 430.000VNĐ/phòng/đêm vào các ngày: 22/12 - 05/01/2015, 28/04-03/05/2015, 01-03/09/2015.
