- Thời gian thực hiện hợp đồng: 10-12 tuần sau khi Bên Mua thanh toán Đợt 1.
- Địa điểm giao hàng: 871 Trần Xuân Soạn, Phường Tân Hưng, Quận 7, TpHCM.
- Bên B có trách nhiệm giao hảng tại nơi sử dụng, lắp ráp, đào tạo, bảo quản thiết bị, vận hành thử và hướng dẫn sử dụng thành thạo cho đơn vị sử dụng.
- Bên A sẽ tổ chức nghiệm thu thiết bị sau khi nhận được thông báo đề nghị nghiệm thu của bên B với sự có mặt cùa bên A, bên B
- Hồ sơ nghiệm thu gồm:
+ Danh mục chi tiết hàng hóa + Tài liệu kỹ thuật kèm theo thiết bị.
+ Giấy bảo hành.
+ Biên bản nghiệm thu cung cấp và lắp đặt + Hóa đơn tài chính
- Nếu bên B không xuất trình đầy đủ các chứng từ nêu trên để đối chiếu thì bên A có quyền từ chối không nghiệm thu.
- Biên bản nghiệm thu bàn giao thiết bị là cơ sở pháp lý để thanh toán và thanh lý hợp đồng.

- Party B is responsible for the delivery at where use, assembly, training, storage equipment, commissioning and manual proficiency for using units.
- Party A will organize the test device after receiving notice testing proposal party B obtained in the presence of party A, party B
- acceptance dossier includes:
+ detailed list of goods + technical documents attached devices.
+ warranty.
+ offer acceptance record and installation + invoice finance
- If party B does not produce adequate documents above for comparison, party A has the right to refuse acceptance.
- acceptance record equipment handover is the legal basis to payment and contract liquidation.
