Trong thời hạn 10 ngày kể từ ngày nhận được ý kiến không đồng ý của bên bán, bên mua có thể gửi thông báo bằng văn bản khiếu nại tới bên bán và các bên sẽ cùng xem xét, khắc phục, trong trường hợp phát sinh tranh chấp thì việc giải quyết sẽ được thực hiện theo quy định của Hợp đồng này.
