U&I and Chiya Foam/Super Foam mới đi đến hợp tác trong lĩnh vực kế toán/khai thuế thời gian rất ngắn nên sự phối hợp chưa ăn ý, chưa hiểu hết các quy trình của Công ty. Ngay từ ban đầu U&I chưa đánh giá hết sự phức tạp của số liệu, U&I không ngờ số lượng hóa đơn chứng từ lớn đến vậy. Sau khi bắt tay vào thực hiện tháng 01+02/2016 và đặc biệt khi sau khi hoàn chỉnh số liệu tháng 05.2016, đến nay U&I đã có cơ sở và tin chắc rằng chúng tôi sẽ làm tốt và đúng tiến độ đề ra. Để làm được như vậy chúng tôi phải huy động số lượng lớn nhân viên nhập liệu, nhân viên kiểm tra số liệu, lên tờ khai thuế, các chuyên viên xử lý giá thành, hàng tồn kho, cộng nợ, trích trước, theo dõi khấu hao,… vì thế mức phí dịch vụ phải tương ứng với khối lượng công việc và chất lượng dịch vụ.
