Đối tượng áp dụng gồm: Doanh nghiệp thành lập, tổ chức quản lý và hoạt động theo Luật Doanh nghiệp; hợp tác xã, liên hiệp hợp tác xã, tổ hợp tác, trang trại, hộ gia đình, cá nhân và các tổ chức khác của Việt Nam có thuê mướn lao động theo hợp đồng lao động; cơ quan, tổ chức nước ngoài, tổ chức quốc tế và cá nhân người nước ngoài tại Việt Nam có thuê mướn lao động theo hợp đồng lao động (trừ trường hợp điều ước quốc tế mà Cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam là thành viên có quy định khác với quy định của Nghị định này) .

Results (English) 1:

Objects include: businesses established, governing and operating under the enterprise law; cooperatives, associations, cooperatives, cooperative farms, households, individuals and other organizations of Vietnam has hired workers labor contracts; the Agency, foreign organizations, international organizations and individual foreigners in Vietnam are hiring workers under employment contracts (except in the case of international treaties to which the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is a member have other regulations with the provisions of this Decree).

Results (English) 2:

Subject to the application include: enterprise establishment, organization and management and operating under the Enterprise Law; cooperatives, unions of cooperatives, cooperative groups, farms, households, individuals and other organizations in Vietnam employing laborers under labor contracts; agencies and foreign organizations, international organizations and foreign individuals in Vietnam employing laborers under labor contracts (except where international agreements which the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is a party contains provisions different from the provisions of this Decree).
