Bên A sẽ nghiệm thu hàng hóa làm 2 lần:
- Lần 1: Bên A tiến hành nghiệm thu tại xưởng sản xuất, đúng chủng loại, chất lượng, màu sắc, bên A sẽ phê duyệt cho bên B triển khai công trình.

- Lần 2: sau khi bên B hoàn thiện công trình
