8/ Xây dựng cơ chế hỗ trợ đồng chi trả cho bệnh nhân điều trị thuốc ARV từ nguồn ngân sách nhà nước trung ương và địa phương. Qua tính toán mức hỗ trợ mỗi tỉnh trung bình khoảng 200-300 triệu VNĐ, nằm trong khả năng hỗ trợ của NS địa phương.
