Bên A có trách nhiệm kiểm tra kỹ số lượng và quy cách hàng hóa trước khi nhận, Bên B chỉ đồng ý giải quyết khiếu nại của A về việc bưu phẩm bị hư hỏng, bị thiếu so với số lượng thể hiện trên vận đơn khi có sự chứng kiến và xác nhận của bên A và bên B tại thời điểm giao hàng cho bên A, nếu bên B đã hoàn thành giao hàng xong cho bên A, bên A đã ký xác nhận mà không có ghi chú hoặc phản hồi trực tiếp trên vận đơn thì được xem là bên B đã hoàn thành xong nghĩa vụ theo hợp đồng và bên B không giải quyết khiếu kiện về hư hỏng, thiếu hàng cho bên A trong trường hợp này.
