Đây là nội dung hướng dẫn tại Công văn số ngày 5/4/2016 của Tổng cục Hải quan về việc thực hiện báo cáo quyết toán đối với loại hình nhập sản xuất xuất khẩu.
Theo hướng dẫn tại điểm 1 Công văn số 2646/TCHQ-GSQL ngày 01/4/2016, đối với loại hình nhập nguyên vật liệu để SXXK thì tạm thời doanh nghiệp chưa phải thực hiện báo cáo quyết toán tình hình sử dụng nguyên vật liệu theo Điều 60 Thông tư số 38/2015/TT-BTC, ngoại trừ hoạt động nhập SXXK của Doanh nghiệp chế xuất
Theo đó, trường hợp Công ty là doanh nghiệp thường, không phải DNCX thì chưa phải báo cáo quyết toán nguyên liệu nhập SXXK
