Trong thời hạn 20 ngày sau khi kết thúc quý, 30 ngày sau khi kết thúc năm cơ quan chủ quản phải lập và gửi Báo cáo tổng hợp về tình hình vận động, tiếp nhận và sử dụng vốn ODA, vốn vay ưu đãi, kết quả thực hiện các chương trình, dự án sử dụng vốn ODA, vốn vay ưu đãi thuộc thẩm quyền quản lý theo Mẫu IV-GSĐG 5 trong Phụ lục IV của Thông tư này bằng văn bản và thư điện tử về Bộ Kế hoạch và Đầu tư, Bộ Tài chính và Bộ Ngoại giao để tổng hợp theo chức năng, nhiệm vụ được giao, đồng thời cập nhật trực tuyến vào Hệ thống thông tin về giám sát, đánh giá đầu tư các chương trình, dự án sử dụng vốn Nhà nước của Bộ Kế hoạch và Đầu tư.

Results (English) 1:

Within 20 days after the end of the quarter, 30 days after the end of the year the governing body must prepare and submit a report on the State of general mobilization, receiving and use of ODA, concessional loans, the results of the program, projects using ODA, concessional loans under the authority of management under model IV-GSĐG 5 in annex IV of this circular by text and e-mail messages about the Ministry of planning and investment, Ministry of finance and Ministry of Foreign Affairs to sum according to the functions, duties, and updated online on the information system of monitoring, assessing investment programs, using state capital projects of the Ministry of planning and investment.

Results (English) 2:

Within 20 days after the end of the quarter, 30 days after the end of the year governing body shall file a consolidated report on the campaign, the receipt and use of ODA, preferential loans, the implementation of programs and projects using ODA capital and preferential loans under management competence on form IV-M & e 5 in Appendix IV of this Circular in writing and mail to the Ministry of Planning and investment investment, Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to synthesize functional, assigned tasks, and update online information system on monitoring and evaluation of investment programs and projects using State capital State of the Ministry of Planning and Investment.
