Các dữ liệu liên quan đến mọi quá trình của hệ thống quản lý chất lượng, đặc biệt là các quá trình quản lý dự án đầu tư và kinh doanh khai thác hạ tầng kỹ thuật khu công nghiệp; theo dõi và đo lường sự thỏa mãn của khách hàng… đều phải được thu thập và phân tích để đánh giá kết quả thực hiện, sự phù hợp của sản phẩm dịch vụ, sự phù hợp và hiệu lực của hệ thống quản lý chất lượng.
Phân tích dữ liệu là cơ sở cho các hành động khắc phục hoặc phòng ngừa, cũng như thực hiện các cơ hội cải tiến hệ thống quản lý chất lượng của công ty. Ban Tổng Giám đốc khuyến khích trưởng các phòng ban áp dụng các công cụ thống kê thích hợp (khi có thể) vào việc phân tích dữ liệu để dễ dàng xác định các điểm cần khắc phục, phòng ngừa hoặc cải tiến tại phòng ban mình.
Kết quả phân tích được cán bộ nhân viên có liên quan cập nhật, lưu trữ bằng những hình thức thích hợp; được đánh giá, xử lý và báo cáo cho Ban Tổng Giám đốc trong các cuộc họp xem xét của lãnh đạo nhằm tạo cơ sở để đưa ra những hành động khắc phục, phòng ngừa và cải tiến cần thiết.

Results (English) 1:

The data relating to all the process of the quality management system, especially the processes of managing investment projects and business exploitation of industrial infrastructure; measuring and tracking customer satisfaction ... are to be collected and analyzed to assess the results of, of conformity of products and services, compliance and effectiveness of the quality management system.Data analysis is the basis for corrective action or prevention, as well as make the opportunity to improve the quality management system of the company. The Board Of Directors encouraged the Minister of the Department to apply the appropriate statistical tools (when possible) analysing the data to easily identify the points to overcome, prevention or improvements in their departments.The analysis results are relevant officers updated, stored using the appropriate form; be assessed, processed and reported to the Board Of Directors in the meeting review of the leadership in order to create the basis for giving out the corrective action, the prevention and necessary improvements.

Results (English) 2:

The data related to any process of quality management system, especially for the management of investment projects and the commercial exploitation of technical infrastructure and industrial zones; monitoring and measurement of customer satisfaction ... must be collected and analyzed to evaluate the results of implementation, the conformity of products and services, relevance and effectiveness of the quality management system .
Analysis of the data is the basis for corrective action or preventative, as well as implement opportunities for improvement of quality management system of the company. The Directors encourage department heads to apply the appropriate statistical tools (when possible) in the analysis of data to easily identify points must be addressed, prevention or improvement in their departments .
The results of analysis are staff related updates, archived in the appropriate form; evaluated, processed and reported to the Board of Directors in the review meeting of leaders to provide a basis to devise corrective actions and preventive and necessary improvements.
