 Cập nhật tồn kho POPs, đề xuất đặt thêm, phân bổ PÓP trong khu vực mình phụ trách
 Cập nhật tình hình kinh doanh thị trường, đánh giá hình ảnh, trưng bày các shop trong khu vực
 Tổng hợp báo cáo theo tuần/tháng/quý/năm, theo dõi tiến độ thực hiện công việc của Fieldman
 Quản lý nhân sự, thực hiện chấm công, duyệt đơn nghỉ phép, đánh giá hiệu quả công việc team Field
 Phỏng vấn nhân sự, huấn luyện, đào tạo, hướng dẫn nhân sự mới.
