Đề tài nghiên cứu được thực hiện với mục tiêu:
- Nhận dạng các nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến sự hài lòng của khách hàng sử dụng điện.
- Phân tích và đánh giá các nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến sự hài lòng của khách hàng sử dụng điện tại Công ty điện lực Tây Ninh.
- Đề xuất một số giải pháp nhằm nâng cao sự hài lòng của khách hàng sử dụng điện tại Công ty điện lực Tây Ninh.

Research was conducted with the aim of:-Identify the factors affecting the satisfaction of customers using electricity.-Analysis and evaluation of factors influencing the satisfaction of customers using electricity at the power company.-Propose a number of solutions to improve the satisfaction of customers using electricity at the power company.
