Giám đốc là người đứng đầu công ty và là người đại diện cho công ty trước cơ quan pháp luật. Giám đốc có trách nhiệm và quyền hạn như sau:
- điều hành chung toàn bộ công ty
- hoạch định các chiến lược chính hàng tháng, hàng quý, hàng năm về nghiên cứu thị trường, tổ chứchínhc thực hiện các kế hoạch kinh doanh và phương án đầu tư của công ty
- ký duyệt các quyết định, hồ sơ, hợp đồng, công văn... của công ty và chịu trách nhiệm pháp lý trên chữ ký của mình
- có quyền kiến nghị phương án cơ cấu tổ chức, quy chế nội bộ công ty
- có quyền bổ nhiệm hay bãi nhiệm các chức năng quản lý của công ty
- có quyền quyết định lương và phụ cấp đối với người lao động
- có quyền tự do thuê lao động theo nhu cầu của công ty dựa theo định mức quỹ lương của công ty
