- Cử người có trách nhiệm nhận bàn giao mặt bằng theo quy định tại Điều 1 và Điều 4 của hợp đồng này.
- Chịu trách nhiệm tiến hành các thủ tục và chi phí đăng ký Giấy phép hoạt động kinh doanh đối với hoạt động của mình tại mặt bằng thuê theo quy định tại Điều 1.
- Tổ chức điều hành hoạt động kinh doanh, hoàn thành các nghĩa vụ về thuế và các nghĩa vụ khác theo qui định của cơ quan có thẩm quyền và tự chịu trách nhiệm về mọi hoạt động kinh doanh của Bên B tại mặt bằng.
- Chịu trách nhiệm toàn bộ về công nợ và các khiếu nại về pháp lý (nếu có) đối với hoạt động của mình tại mặt bằng.

Results (English) 1:
