“Giá Chuyển Nhượng” là số tiền Bên Nhận Chuyển Nhượng thanh toán thực tế cho Bên Chuyển Nhượng được tính bằng cách điều chỉnh Giá Chuyển Nhượng Thoả Thuận theo các nguyên tắc và căn cứ trên việc thoả mãn các điều kiện được nêu dưới đây:
