Trừ trường hợp quy định dưới đây, Nhà thầu phải chịu trách nhiệm cung cấp điện, nước và các dịch vụ khác mà Nhà thầu cần.
Nhà thầu có quyền sử dụng cho các mục đích thi công Công trình việc cung cấp điện nước và dịch vụ khác có thể có trên công trường mà các chi tiết và giá đã được đưa ra trong các yêu cầu của Chủ đầu tư. Nhà thầu, tự mình phải chịu rủi ro và dùng các chi phí của mình, cung cấp máy móc thiết bị cần thiết để sử dụng những dịch vụ này và để đo số lượng tiêu thụ .
Số lượng tiêu thụ và số tiền phải trả(theo giá cả này) cho các dịch vụ phải được chấp thuận và Nhà thầu phải thanh toán những khoản tiền này.

Unless otherwise specified below, the Contractor shall be responsible for supplying electricity, water and other services that the Contractor.
The Contractor is entitled to use for the purpose of construction work and the provision of utility services Other services may have on the construction site that the details and the price was given in the investor's request. Contractor shall bear the risk themselves and use their own expense, provide necessary equipment to use these services and for measuring the quantities consumed.
The consumption and the amount payable ( according to this price) for services must be approved and the Contractor shall pay these amounts.
