Tuy nhiên, 2 yếu tố quan trọng nhất là performance management and reward management. Để hiểu rõ hơn về 2 yếu tố này, chúng ta sẽ sử dụng trường hợp của McDonald’s để phân tích rõ hơn về mối quan hệ của hai yếu tố này và tầm quan trọng của 2 yếu tố này đối với sự thành công của một công ty.

The success of a company or an organization is judged based on the overall strategy of personnel management. An overall strategic HR management success when there is a full combination of the 5 elements; such as performance management, reward, resourcing, employee relation and training & development. However, the 2 most important factors is the performance management and reward management. To better understand the 2 factors, we will use the case of McDonald's to the breakdown of the relationship of the two factors and the importance of two factors for the success of a company.
