- Tổ chức mạng lưới thu thập thông tin về các hoạt động kinh doanh. Bố trí nhân sự, lập các biểu mẫu, sổ sách kế toán, xác định trình tự và phương pháp ghi sổ, cũng như thiết lập mối liên quan giữa các sổ sách và báo cáo kế toán bằng các phần mềm ứng dụng nhằm thu thập những thông tin cần thiết cho việc hoạch định chiến lược của Ban Tổng Giám đốc.
- Phối hợp với các phòng ban chức năng khác để xây dựng định mức lao động, cơ cấu giá bán sản phẩm, tỷ lệ chiết khấu bán hàng, chính sách bán hàng và các quy trình quản lý nội bộ.
- Thực hiện việc ghi chép cũng như phản ánh kịp thời và có hệ thống các số liệu kinh doanh, tình hình luân chuyển của dòng tiền, vật tư, nguyên liệu và hàng hóa trong công ty.

Staffing, setting forms, bookkeeping, sequencing and recording method, as well as establishing a relationship between the books and accounting statements in the application software to collect the information necessary for strategic planning of the Board of Directors.
- Coordinate with other departments to develop norms of labor, product price structure, sales discount rate, the book sales and the internal management process.
- To record and report them promptly and systematically trading figures, the situation movement of money, materials, raw materials and commodities in the company.
