Trong nhiều năm gần đây, Việt Nam có nhiều di sản văn hoá và thiên nhiên được UNESCO công nhận là di sản thế giới. Các khu di sản thế giới sau khi được công nhận luôn được đánh giá cao và được định hướng khai thác để phát triển trở thành các khu, điểm du lịch có ý nghĩa quốc gia và quốc tế, làm động lực phát triển kinh tế đất nước. Quản lý các khu di sản thế giới, đặc biệt là các khu bảo tồn thiên nhiên như thế nào để vừa bảo tồn các giá trị nổi bật, vừa phát huy giá trị di sản phục vụ mục tiêu kinh tế - xã hội và phát triển bền vững trong điều kiện Việt Nam? Để giải quyết những khó khăn và thách thức này, tôi giới thiệu 1 trường hợp nghiên cứu tại Di sản thiên nhiên thế giới Vườn quốc gia Phong Nhà – Kẻ Bàng. Chia sẻ về các kinh nghiệm học được từ quốc tế và sử dụng công cụ Quy hoạch xây dựng là công cụ hỗ trợ tốt phục vụ quản lý các khu bảo tồn thiên nhiên.

SUMMARYIn recent years, Vietnam has many natural and cultural heritage was recognized by UNESCO as a world heritage site. The world heritage area after being recognized are always appreciated and are oriented to tapping to become development zones, tourism has national and international implications, do the driving force for economic development of the country. Managing a world heritage area, especially the nature conservation area of how to preserve the outstanding value, just promote heritage values serves the goal of socio-economic and sustainable development in Vietnam? To resolve these difficulties and challenges, I presented a case study in the world natural heritage of national Home Style-Ke Bang. Share on the experience learned from international and planning tools used to build tools to support good management of natural protected areas.

SUMMARY
In recent years, Vietnam has many cultural heritage and nature is a UNESCO world heritage site. The world heritage site recognized after always be appreciated and driven operators to develop into the area, tourist attractions meaningful national and international, as a driving force of economic development land country. Management of world heritage sites, especially the nature reserve just how to preserve the outstanding universal value, but also promote the heritage values serve economic goals - social and development sustainable in terms of Vietnam? To resolve these difficulties and challenges, I introduced one case study in the World Natural Heritage National Park Phong Nha - Ke Bang. Sharing the experiences learned from the use of international and tool construction planning is good support tool for management of the nature reserve.
