Mọi thông báo, yêu cầu hoặc thông tin liên lạc mà một bên được phép đưa ra hợp đồng này đều phải bằng văn bản và có thể giao trực tiếp hoặc gửi bằng thư bảo đảm trả cước trước hoặc chuyển bằng fax cho bên kia tại địa chỉ hoặc theo số fax của bên nhận và đề tên người nhận là người được bên thông báo cho bên gửi cho mục đích của hợp đồng này. Địa chỉ ban đầu, số fax và người nhận được mỗi bên chỉ định như sau:
