Qua đợt thực tập này giúp em tìm hiểu kỹ hơn về công việc về chuyên ngành lễ tân khách sạn đảm bảo cho sự phối kết hợp chặt chẽ trong công việc không mắc sai lầm gây ấn tượng không tốt cho khách. Những kinh nghiệm từ thực tế trong đợt thực tập này sẽ là trang bị cho bản thân tôi thêm kiến thức sẵn sàng bước vào công việc chuyên ngành. Khi ra trường hạn chế mắc phải sai lầm không đáng có. Được làm ở những bộ phận thường xuyên tiếp xúc với nhiều kiểu khách và tính cách khác nhau làm tăng thêm kinh nghiệm trong công việc để phục vụ khách tốt hơn.
Có được những kinh nghiệm đã học hỏi được trong đợt thực tập này đó là nhờ sự nhiệt tình chỉ bảo tạo điều kiện, giúp đỡ của giám đốc cũng như các nhân viên trong khách sạn đã giúp em tiếp thu được nhiều hơn về kinh nghiệm làm việc đó là hành trang để em bước vào công việc trong tương lai mang lại nhiều thành công
