Phát biểu tại Hội thảo bà Huỳnh Thị Liễu Hoa, Phó Giám đốc Sở Tài nguyên và Môi trường thành phố Đà Nẵng cảm ơn Sở Tài nguyên và Môi trường tỉnh Quảng Nam và Văn phòng biến đổi khí hậu đã phối hợp triển khai hoạt động và tạo điều kiện tốt nhất để tổ chức hội thảo tham vấn. Bà cũng trao đổi thống nhất một số nội dung: (1) Tên chính thức của Quy chế phối hợp là “Quy chế phối hợp quản lý tài nguyên nước và bảo vệ môi trường lưu vực sông Vu Gia – Thu Bồn”; (2) Việc thực hiện Quy chế phối hợp sẽ tác động nhất định đến kinh tế xã hội của hai địa phương vì vậy mong muốn việc triển khai sẽ nhận được sự đồng thuận thống nhất của hai hai bên; (3) về kế hoạch phối hợp kiểm soát ô nhiễm Sở sẽ tham mưu UBND thành phố về nội dung phối hợp và bố trí kinh phí, trang thiết bị để công tác phối hợp với tỉnh Quảng Nam được hiệu quả; (4) Thay mặt nhóm soạn thảo, ghi nhận những ý kiến góp ý của quý đại biểu, chuyên gia đến từ hai địa phương, nhóm sẽ tiếp thu và hoàn thiện trong thời gian sớm nhất và đề xuất thời gian tổ chức tham vấn lần 2 khoảng từ ngày 15-20/11/2016 sau đó sẽ hoàn thiện để trình lãnh đạo 2 địa phương ký kêt thực hiện
