► Đánh giá hệ thống kiểm soát nội bộ của Ban quản lý dự án về thu, chi, thông tin báo cáo, giải ngân và quản lý rủi ro.
► Đánh giá các biện pháp bảo vệ tài sản, và nếu cần thiết có thể kiểm tra sự hiện hữu của chúng.
► Đánh giá tính kinh tế và hiệu quả của việc sử dụng nguồn lực.
► Rà soát hồ sơ gốc của các khoản thanh toán cho nhà thầu, nhà cung cấp, và các chi phí hoạt động của Ban quản lý dự án để đảm bảo tính hiện hữu, đầy đủ, và tuân thủ với các quy định của chính phủ và NHTG
► Tiến hành các cuộc kiểm tra đặc biệt do chủ đầu tư, Ban quản lý dự án trung ương, hay NHTG yêu cầu
► Phối hợp với kiểm toán độc lập khi cần thiết để đảm bảo hiệu quả cho cả 2 bên

► Reviews the internal control system of the project management unit of currency, the genus, disbursement, reporting information, and risk management. ► Property protection measures, and if necessary can check the existence of them. ► The economics and efficiency of the use of resources. ► Scrutinize original records of payments to contractors, suppliers, and the operational costs of the project management committee to ensure existing properties, full, and comply with government regulations and the NHTG ► To conduct a special examination by the owner, the central project management unit, or required NHTG ► Coordination with independent auditors as necessary to ensure effective for both sides

Results (English) 2:

► Review internal control system of project management committee on revenue and expenditure, information and reporting, disbursement and risk management.
► Review of asset protection measures, and if necessary, check the existence of them.
► Assessing economic and efficient use of resources.
► To review original documents of the payments to contractors, suppliers, and the operating costs of Project Management Board to ensure the existence, completeness, and compliance with government regulations and the Bank
► Conducting special inspections by investors, the central project management, or WB request
► Collaborate with independent auditors as necessary to ensure effective for both 2 sides
