Trong giai đoạn xây dựng và phát triển, Công ty TNHH Sao Nam Việt luôn quan tâm tới công tác đào tạo và phát triển nguồn nhân lực, luôn nghĩ rằng vấn đề này là một yếu tố cơ bản dẫn đến sự thành công. Tuy nhiên, trong những năm qua công việc này vẫn một số tồn tại, hạn chế. Làm thế nào để nâng cao hiệu quả công việc đào tạo và phát triển nguồn nhân lực tại Công ty đang là vấn đề lớn được ban Lãnh đạo Công ty quan tâm. vì những lý do trên nên em chọn đề tài “Hoàn thiện hoạt động quản trị nguồn nhân lực tại Công Ty TNHH Sao Nam Việt” .
2. Mục tiêu nghiên cứu
