Các cuộc thảo luận với một số đại diện huyện và nông dân cũng như các chuyến đi thực địa được thực hiện với một số lần thử nghiệm để thích ứng và giảm nhẹ ảnh hưởng do biến đổi khí hậu cho thấy một viễn cảnh tốt đẹp cho sự đổi mới và các hoạt động được triển khai thực hiện.
