Các Bên Bán cam kết chịu mọi trách nhiệm đối với các chi phí, nghĩa vụ tài chính có nguồn gốc từ các giao dịch của Công Ty diễn ra trước Ngày Hoàn Thành như được quy định trong Hợp Đồng Chuyển Nhượng, và sẽ đền bù, hoàn trả cho Bên Mua tất cả các chi phí, nghĩa vụ tài chính nói trên (mà Bên Mua hoặc Công Ty đã phải thanh toán) cùng với các khoản đền bù thiệt hại theo quy định của pháp luật.
