Thực hiện Kế hoạch số: 3257/KH-PCQ.8-HDKT ngày 11/11/2016 của phòng cảnh sát PC&CC Quận 8 về việc kiểm tra công tác PCCC. Phòng Cảnh sát PC&CC Quận 8 phối hợp và kiểm tra như sau:
I/ Phần trình bày của cơ sở:
Lãnh đạo cơ sở thường xuyên nhắc nhở nhân viên chấp hành nghiêm các quy định về phòng cháy chữa cháy.
II/ Phần kiểm tra hồ sơ:
Cơ sở đã xây dựng hồ sơ theo dõi quản lý hoạt động phòng cháy và chữa cháy theo điều 3 Mục 1 Thông tư số 66/2014/TT-BCA ngày 16/12/2014 của Bộ Công An.
Giấy chứng nhận đăng kí hoạt động chi nhánh số: 0101402121-001 đăng kí lần đầu ngày 06/11/2014 thay đổi lần thứ 2 ngày 25/11/2015.
