Phương pháp đào tạo hiện nay tại PJ

Phương pháp đào tạo hiện nay tại PJICO có sự kết hợp giữa đào tạo trong công việc và ngoài công việc nhưng đào tạo cán bộ thì phương pháp được sử dụng chủ yếu vẫn là đào tạo ngoài công việc. Các phương pháp cụ thể là:
- Đào tạo dài hạn trong nước cho các đối tượng cao học, văn bằng 2.
- Đào tạo dài hạn và ngắn hạn ở nước ngoài
- Đào tạo ngắn hạn trong nước
- Các chương trình hội thảo
Tuy đã có sự kết hợp giữa đào tạo trong công việc và đào tạo ngoài công việc tuy nhiên phương pháp đào tạo trong công việc vẫn chiếm tỷ lệ nhỏ.
