Sản phẩm và dịch vụ đạt được các chỉ tiêu chất lượng đã được định rõ trong phụ lục IV.
Công nghệ đạt được các chỉ tiêu kinh tế – kỹ thuật, các chỉ tiêu hao mòn nguyên liệu, nhiên liệu, vật tư đã định rõ trong phụ lục IV.
Công nghệ bảo đảm tuân thủ quy định của pháp luật Việt Nam về môi trường, an toàn lao động, vệ sinh lao động.
Cam kết là chủ sở hữu hợp pháp của công nghệ chuyển giao và việc chuyển giao công nghệ sẽ không xâm phạm quyền sở hữu công nghiệp của bất kỳ bên thứ 3 nào khác. Bên A có trách nhiệm với chi phí của mình, chịu trách nhiệm giải quyết những tranh chấp phát sinh với bên thứ 3 nếu có từ việc chuyển giao công nghệ theo hợp đồng này và không chịu phí khiếu nại.

Commitment is the legitimate owner of the technology transfer and the transfer of technology will not infringe industrial property rights of any other third party. Party A shall have his costs, in charge of resolving the dispute arises with a third party if there from the transfer of technology under this contract and is not subject to the charge of complaints.
