• I. Công tác chuẩn bị
Để chuẩn bị tốt cho cuộc thi, đề nghị các chi nhánh thực hiện các bước dưới đây:
 Hoàn thiện hồ sơ thí sinh bao gồm:
• Họ tên đầy đủ, ngày tháng năm sinh
• 1 ảnh chụp chân dung (yêu cầu chụp ảnh chân thực, không dùng phần mềm chỉnh sửa, không camera 360)
• 1 ảnh chụp toàn thân (ưu tiên những ảnh khoe được cơ bắp và các dáng đứng đẹp)
• Số đo 3 vòng (đề nghị các thí sinh cung cấp số đo 3 vòng chuẩn, không tự ý thêm, bớt. Ban tổ chức sẽ tiến hành kiểm tra lại trước đêm chung kết)
• 1 bản giới thiệu về cá nhân: học vấn, sở thích, ước mơ…
Hồ sơ phải được gửi qua email cho Ban tổ chức theo địa chỉ: [e-mail] trước ngày 05/05/2016. Chi nhánh nào không nộp đủ hồ sơ đúng thời hạn sẽ bị phạt $100. Ban tổ chức sẽ thông báo danh sách thí sinh trúng tuyển cho đêm chung kết trước ngày 12/05/2016.
 Chuẩn bị toàn bộ trang phục, phụ kiện, chuyên gia make-up, đạo cụ biểu diễn cho các thí sinh của đội mình
