tôi đã từng xây dựng một chương trình du lịch rất tốt và hấp dẫn. Nhưng khách hàng đã phàn nàn là giá tour quá cao. Chiều lòng theo ý khách hàng tôi đã hạ giá tour. Sau đó tôi đã bị cấp trên phạt và khiển trách. Tôi nhận ra rằng công việc làm lữ hành không bao giờ được phép hạ giá tour, mà nên chỉ cho khách hàng biết những điều hấp dẫn mà tour của chúng ta có và giá tour rất cạnh tranh.
Đó là cũng là bài học giúp tôi giải quyết khi khách hàng phàn nàn về giá tour cao.

Results (English) 1:

I've been building a travel program are very good and attractive. But customers have complained is the starting price is too high. Length the Palm in my clients I have lower rates. After that I was fine and reprimand. I realize that the tour operators never allowed to devalue, which should just let customers know the things which our tour and the tour price is very competitive.That is also the lesson helped me solve when customers complained about high rates.

I've built a very good program and tourist attractions. But customers have complained that the tour price is too high. Deferring to the customers I have discount tour. Then I got fined and reprimanded superiors. I realized that travel jobs never allowed discount tour, which should only know what our customers attractive but our tour there and very competitive tour prices.
It is also the lesson helped me resolve when customers complained about high ticket prices.
