Bên cho thuê đồng ý và công nhận rằng trong bất kỳ trường hợp nào, nếu bên cho thuê đơn phương hủy bỏ hợp đồng cho thuê căn hộ trước thời hạn hoặc vi phạm hợp đồng dẫn đến việc căn hộ không tiếp tục tham gia chương trình cho thuê, bên cho thuê có trách nhiệm bồi thường cho chủ đầu tư số tiền tương ứng mười hai tháng tiền cho thuê căn hộ theo giá cho thuê cố định được nêu tại điều 5 hợp đồng này.
Khi không tiếp tục tham gia chương trình cho thuê và nhận lại căn hộ từ chủ đầu tư và bên điều hành , bên cho thuê sẽ phải chịu trách nhiệm thanh toán tất cả các chi phí phát sinh tại thời điểm đó như: phí dịch vụ và quản lý vận hành tòa nhà, các chi phí khác như điện, nước, các chi phí liên quan khác đến việc sử dụng căn hộ
