• mở thêm một số cửa khẩu khác để mở rộng buôn bán với nước bạn Lào và Trung Quốc nhằm thúc đẩy thương mại của Tỉnh phát triển; đồng thời, tạo điều kiện mở rộng thị trường, tăng nhanh kim ngạch xuất khẩu.
