Hợp đồng này được soạn thảo, áp dụng, giải thích, diễn giải và điều chỉnh theo quy định của pháp luật Việt Nam.
TRong thời hạn hợp đồng, các bên sẽ nỗ lực tối đa, ngay lập tức tiến hành hòa giải, thương lượng để giải quyết bất kỳ tranh chấp hoặc khác biệt quan điểm nào có thể phát sinh giữa các bên liên quan đến bất kỳ nội dung nào trong hợp đồng này theo nguyên tắc hai bên cùng có lợi.
Trong thời hạn 60 ngày kể từ ngày phát sinh tranh chấp, các bên không thể hòa giải được, một trong hai bên cho bên kia biết trước bằng văn bản ít nhất 15 ngày để đưa vụ việc ra giải quyết tại tòa án có thẩm quyền. Phán quyết cuối cùng của tòa án là điều kiện bắt buộc hai bên phải thực hiện.

This contract is drafted, apply, interpret, paraphrase and adjusted in accordance with the law of Vietnam.In the contract, the Parties shall attempt, immediately proceed to mediation, negotiated to settle any disputes or differences of views that may arise between the parties regarding any of the content of this agreement according to the principle of mutual benefit.Within a period of 60 days from the date the dispute arose, the parties cannot be reconciled, either party to the other party know beforehand in writing at least 15 days to put out the incident resolved in Court of competent jurisdiction. The final ruling of the Court is mandatory, the two sides must make.

Within the contract, the parties shall endeavor to the maximum, immediately proceed to mediation, injured amount to settle any dispute or difference of opinion that may arise between the parties relating to any content of this agreement on the principle of mutual benefit.
within 60 days dispute arises, the parties can not resolve their disputes, either party to the other party in writing at least 15 days to bring the case to solve the competent court. Final judgment of the court is a prerequisite both sides must make.
