1. Phải tham gia đầy đủ các buổi huấn luyện quy trình, hướng dẫn các tiêu chuẩn, biện pháp an toàn lao động, vệ sinh lao động.
2. Chấp hành nghiêm và thực hiện các nội quy, quy định về an toàn lao động, vệ sinh lao động và phòng chống cháy nổ, có liên quan đến công việc, nhiệm vụ được giao. Trường hợp người lao động không chấp hành Nội quy an toàn lao động thì phải tự chịu trách nhiệm về tai nạn, thiệt hại xảy ra.
3. Khi vận hành các loại trang thiết bị, người lao động phải nghiêm túc tuân thủ các quy định, quy trình về an toàn lao động của Công ty và pháp luật hiện hành. Riêng đối với người lao động vận hành các thiết bị có yêu cầu an toàn nghiêm ngặt phải có chứng chỉ hành nghề theo quy định.
4. Người lao động có quyền từ chối công việc hoặc rời khỏi nơi làm việc khi thấy rõ có nguy cơ xảy ra tai nạn lao động đe dọa tính mạng hoặc sức khỏe của bản thân hoặc cho những người khác cho đến khi sự cố được khắc phục và phải báo ngay cho người phụ trách trực tiếp. Tham gia cấp cứu và khắc phục hậu quả tai nạn lao động khi có lệnh của Công ty.
5. Phải giữ gìn vệ sinh nơi làm việc, nơi sản xuất, kinh doanh luôn ngăn nắp và sạch sẽ.
6. Người lao động phải thực hiện nghiêm chỉnh đột xuất hoặc định kỳ kiểm tra, tu sửa các loại thiết bị, nhất là thiết bị an toàn, dụng cụ phòng cháy chữa cháy theo quy định để kịp thời phát hiện sự cố và sửa chữa.
7. Người lao động phải chấp hành lịch khám sức khỏe định kỳ theo quy định .
8. Người lao động phải triệt để chấp hành các nội quy, quy định về phòng cháy chữa cháy
