- Nếu hành động khắc phục / phòng ngừa đạt yêu cầu thì cho phép kết thúc, ngược lại nếu chưa đạt yêu cầu thì chỉ đạo các trưởng bộ phận liên quan tiếp tục điều tra nguyên nhân và thực hiện các hành động khắc phục / phòng ngừa cần thiết khác.
