Quy trình kỹ thuật phục vụ buồng cho một lượt khách từ khi khách đến lưu trú dến khi khách rời khách sạn bao gồm 3 giai đoạn.
Giai đoạn 1: Chuẩn bị buồng đón khách
Giai đoạn 2: Phục vụ khách trong thời gian lưu trú
Giai đoạn 3: Chuẩn bị cho khách trả phòng và rời khách sạn.
1.5.2. Quy trình vệ sinh phòng:
1.5.2.1. Quy trình vào phòng khách:
B1: kiểm tra tình trạng phòng
B2: thông báo sự hiện diện của bạn bằng cách gõ cửa và xưng danh
B3: nếu khách trả lời thì hỏi khách xem bao giờ làm phòng được
B4: nếu khách không trả lời thì nhẹ nhàng mở cửa
B5: nếu khách đang ở phòng thì xin lỗi và rời phòng
B6: nếu khách đã đi ra ngoài thì để xe đẩy ngay trước cửa và bắt đầu làm vệ sinh
B7: nếu khách trở về trong lúc đang dọn phòng thì xin phép tiếp tục làm phòng. Nếu khách không đồng ý thì hỏi xem bao giờ có thể làm phòng được
B8: xin phép kiểm tra chìa khóa phòng một cách khéo léo để đảm bảo là khách vào đúng phòng
1.5.2.2. Quy trình vệ sinh phòng khách đang lưu trú
B1: vào phòng ( thực hiện quy trình vào phòng khách)
B2: mở công tắc điện
B3: tắt máy lạnh (nếu khách đã ra ngoài)
B4: kéo màn mở cửa cho thông thoáng
B5: mang khay phục vụ thức ăn ra ngoài để vào nơi qy định nếu có
B6: đổ, rửa gạt tàn, ly,tách
B7: đổ rác
B8: quét sàn
B9: làm giường theo tiêu chuẩn quy định
B10: lau bụi theo thứ tự từ trên xuống dưới, từ trái qua phải hoặc ngược lại
B11: bổ sung các hàng cung cấp cho khách
B12: vệ sinh phòng tắm theo tiêu chuẩn quy định
B13: vệ sinh balcony, tưới cây
B14: đóng cửa sổ, balcony, kéo màn
B15: lau sàn
