(a) "Sản phẩm" có nghĩa là các sản

(a) "Sản phẩm" có nghĩa là các sản phẩm được liệt kê và nêu rõ trong phụ lục I.
(b) "Công nghệ" có nghĩa là bí quyết sản xuất, các kỹ năng, các kỹ thuật và các quá trình cần thiết để sản xuất ra các sản phẩm phù hợp với các thông số kỹ thuật nêu tại phụ lục I.
(c) "Thông tin công nghệ" có nghĩa là toàn bộ các thông tin cần thiết để triển khai và sử dụng công nghệ, để thiết kế, chế tạo, phát triển kỹ thuật, sản xuất, chế biến, chế tạo, sử dụng, vận hành, đại tu, sửa chữa, bảo trì, thay đối hay kết cấu lại sản phẩm. (e) "Đào tạo" là việc đào tạo được mô tả và ghi rõ ở điều 2.
(f) "Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật" có nghĩa là các trợ giúp cần thiết để đảm bảo rằng sản phẩm đạt được chất lượng theo thiết kế hoặc giải quyết các vấn đề khó khăn, sai sót trong áp dụng công nghệ.
(g) "Kỹ thuật viên" có nghĩa là bất cứ người điều hành, huấn luyện viên, nhân viên, tư vấn được Bên giao gửi tới Bên nhận với mục đích cung cấp trợ giúp kỹ thuật.
(h) "Lãnh thổ" có nghĩa là đất nước của Bên nhận, các lãnh thổ khác theo thoả thuận.
(i) "Chính phủ" là Chính quyền quốc gia, chính quyền địa phương, các nhà chức trách địa phương và đại diện của họ.
(j) "Bất khả kháng" có nghĩa là các bên sẽ không chịu trách nhiệm về bất cứ trục trặc hay chậm trễ nào trong quá trình thực hiện hợp đồng do các điều kiện bất khả kháng bao gồm, nhưng không giới hạn, chiến tranh, bạo loạn, nổi loạn, các hành động phá hoại, đình công, luật hoặc quy định mới của Chính phủ, cháy nổ, hoặc các tai nạn không tránh được khác như: lụt lội, bão, động đất hoặc các hiện tượng thiên nhiên không bình thường khác. (k) "Ngày" có nghĩa là ngày theo lịch, bao gồm tất cả những ngày không làm việc và ngày nghỉ. Tất cả các ngày được tính theo dương lịch.

Results (English) 1:

(A) "product" means the product is listed and specified in appendix i.
(B) "technology" means know-how, skills, techniques and processes necessary to produce products in accordance with the specifications outlined in Appendix i.
(C) "information technology" means all of the information needed to deploy and use technology, to design, manufacturing, technical development, production, processing, manufacture, use use, operation, overhaul, repair, maintenance or replacement of the product structure. This information includes, but is not limited to, instructions, blueprints,the photographs, diagrams and computer software or other necessary information.
(d) "Document" means the documents and other materials referred to in Article 2.
(E) "Training" means the training and clearly described in Article 2.
(F) "technical assistance" means the assistance necessary to ensure that the products achieve quality by design or solve problems, errors in the application of technology.
(G) "technician" means any person operating, coaches, staff,Foreign consultants are sent to the recipient for the purpose of providing technical assistance.
(H) "territory" means the country of the recipient, the other territory under the agreement.
(I) "Government" means the national government, local government, local authorities and their representatives.
(J) "force majeure" means that the parties will not be responsible for any malfunctions or delays in the implementation of the contract due to force majeure conditions including, but not limited to, war war, riot, insurrection, acts of sabotage, strikes, new legislation or government regulations, fire,or other unavoidable accidents such as floods, hurricanes, earthquakes or other natural phenomena are not normal. (K) "day" means calendar days, including all the non-working days and holidays. count all calendar days.

Results (English) 2:

(a) "products" means the products listed in annex I and
(b) "technology" means that know-how, skills, techniques and processes needed to produce the products in accordance with the specifications set out in Annex i.
(c) "information technology" means all of the information needed to implement and use the technology, to design, manufacture, technical development, production, processing, manufacturing, use, operation, repair, overhaul, maintenance, structural or replacement product back. This information includes but is not limited to, instructions, designs, the photographs, diagrams and computer software or other necessary information.
(d) "documentation" means the documents and other materials are spelled out in article 2.
(e) "training" is the training described and specified in article 2.
(f) "technical assistance" means the assistance necessary to ensure that products meet quality by design or solve the hard problems, errors in the application of technology.
(g) "operator" means any person who operates, coaches, staff, consultation on the right to communication with the purpose of providing technical help.
(h) "territory" means the country of the recipient, the other territory under the agreement.
(i) "Government" is the national Government, local government, local authorities and their representatives.
(j) "force majeure" means the party will not be liable for any failure or delay in the course of performing the contract due to force majeure conditions including, but not limited to, war, riot, rebellion, acts of sabotage, strike, new laws or regulations of the Governmentfire, explosion, or the other to avoid accidents such as flooding, hurricanes, earthquakes or other natural phenomena are not normal. (k) "days" means calendar days, including all the non working days and holidays. All dates are calculated according to the solar calendar.
