Điển hình như năm 2011, Việt Nam tiếp nhận hơn 7 tỷUSD vốn ODA đây là nguồn vốn quan trọng nhưng cũng đặt ra áp lực trả nợ và những công việc phải xử lý thông qua CSTK dài hạn.
