Tiền thuê sẽ được điều chỉnh tại mỗi kỳ thanh toán nếu tỷ giá của đồng đô la Mỹ có sự biến động tăng so với tỷ giá tại ngày thanh toán tính theo tỷ giá mua vào trung bình của NH Vietcombank Ngân hàng VIETCOMBANK và Ngân hàng BNP PARISBAS – HCM Branch, được xác định vào ngày ký Biên Bản Ghi Nhớ giữa hai bên

Rents will be adjusted in each payment period if the exchange rate of the u.s. dollar has increased the volatility compared to the exchange rate at the date of payment by the purchase price on the average of NH Vietcombank VIETCOMBANK and bank BNP PARISBAS-HCM CITY Branch, to be determined on the date of signing the memorandum between the two parties

The rent will be adjusted at each periodic payment if the exchange rate of the US dollar compared to the fluctuation exchange rate at the date of payment calculated at the average buying rate of Vietcombank Bank and BNP VIETCOMBANK Parisbas - HCM Branch, which is determined at the date of signing Memorandum of Understanding between the two parties
