Trong phạm vi nghiên cứu của đề tài, sử dụng phương pháp chuyên gia nhằm tận dụng sự hiểu biết và tầm nhìn bao quát của các chuyên gia trong lĩnh vực quản lý sản phẩm thịt heo an toàn, cũng như trong việc đãm bảo vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm; tranh thủ những nhận định của các nhà quản lý, các nhà chuyên gia về tình hình quản lý giết mổ, vận chuyển và kinh doanh thịt heo an toàn trên địa bàn tỉnh Đồng Nai.
