Lần thanh toán đầu tiên sẽ được Bên Thuê thanh toán số tiền 44,915,904 VNĐ/tháng (thuê từ ngày 01/01/2015 đến 31/01/2015 và phí dịch vụ ) chậm nhất ngày 15/01/2016. Và những lần thanh toán tiếp theo sẽ được Bên Thuê thanh toán theo định kỳ ba tháng một lần số tiền 134,747,712 VND/3 tháng, từ ngày 01 đến ngày 15 của tháng đầu tiên trong mỗi kỳ. Phương thức thanh toán này sẽ được áp dụng xuyên suốt thời hạn hợp đồng sau khi nhận được đề nghị thanh toán từ Bên Cho Thuê.
