Các Bên Bán cam kết sẽ hoàn thành các Điều Kiện Chuyển Nhượng nêu tại Điều 6.2 của Thoả Thuận này trong vòng 12 (mười hai) tháng kể từ ngày ký Thoả Thuận này (“Thời Hạn Hoàn Thành”).

Results (English) 1:

The Seller committed to complete the Transfer Conditions referred to in Article 6.2 of this Agreement within 12 (twelve) months from the date of signing of this Agreement ("the time limit for Completion").

Results (English) 2:

The Vendor is committed to completing the transfer conditions set out in Article 6.2 of this Agreement within 12 (twelve) months from the date of signing of this Agreement ( "Term of Completion").
