Với nền tảng đại học là chuyên ngành quy hoạch đô thị và làm việc về quy hoạch trong 1 năm, Tôi đã được tiếp xúc với luật quy hoạch và một số nghị định, thông tư liên quan. Trong quá trình học đại học và làm việc, tôi nhận thấy rằng việc áp dụng các quy định vào việc lập đồ án quy hoạch cũng như các công việc liên quan như xin phép quy hoạch, lập nhiệm vụ thiết kế… còn gặp khó khăn do chưa hiểu rõ về hệ thống các luật hiện hành của Việt Nam. Sau khi được hướng dẫn, học tập và làm bài tập của phần 2. Tôi đã hiểu rõ hơn về bản chất và quy trình của luật quy hoạch đô thị cũng như áp dụng được vào một đồ án thực tế. Bên cạnh đó, tôi còn được biết thêm về phần quản lý đô thị mà trước đó tôi chưa có cơ hội để sử dụng.
Trong suốt phần 2, tôi đã được học những kiến thức căn bản về luật quy hoạch, từ đó xác định được mục tiêu, quá trình và điều kiện áp dụng của luật này. Thông qua các bài tập tại lớp và bài đồ án của nhóm, tôi đã hiểu được quy trình để thực hiện một dự án quy hoạch. Tuy nhiên do kiến thức còn hạn chế, việc áp dụng vào bài tập còn gặp khó khăn. Tôi gặp rắc rối trong việc sắp xếp thứ tự các quá trình thực hiện sao cho phù hợp với quy định trong luật, do có nhiều nghị định và thông tư kèm theo.

Results (English) 1:

With the Foundation the University is specialized in urban planning and work on planning in 1 year, I've been in contact with the law and planning a number of decrees, circulars related. In the course of University studies and work, I noticed that the application of the regulation on the establishment of the plan as well as the related work such as planning permission, set designer ... still having difficulties due to not understanding the system the law of Vietnam. After the instructions, do your homework and study of part 2. I have a better understanding of the nature and process of urban planning as well as the law applicable to a reality. Besides, I also know more about the urban management that I have not yet had the opportunity to use.During part 2, I have been learning the basics of planning law, from which identify the objectives, the process and the conditions of this law. Through classroom exercises and projects of the group, I have to understand the process to implement a project planning. However due to limited knowledge, applying to the exercises are also having difficulties. I am having trouble in the sort order in the implementation process to match the provisions of the law, because there are many decrees and circulars.

During college and work, I noticed that the application of the provisions on the establishment plan as well as related work as planning permission, set design tasks ... still struggling due to lack of understanding of the current law system of Vietnam. After the tutorial, learning and doing exercises of part 2. I have a better understanding of the nature and process of urban planning laws as applicable to an actual project. Besides, I also learned more about the urban management that had I not had a chance to use.
During the second part, I have learned the basics of planning laws, which determine goals, processes and conditions that apply to this rule. Through exercises in class and all of group projects, I have come to understand the process to implement a planning project. However, because knowledge is limited, applying to the exercise difficult. I am having trouble ordering the implementation process to conform with the provisions of the law, due to the many decrees and circulars attached.
