Thỏa Thuận này sẽ chấm dứt hiệu lực

Thỏa Thuận này sẽ chấm dứt hiệu lực vào ngày tới trước của một trong hai ngày sau: (i) ngày mà Các Bên đã hoàn thành các nghĩa vụ và cam kết của mình, hoặc (ii) ngày mà Tiền Đặt Cọc được chuyển thành khoản tiền thanh toán cho Giá Chuyển Nhượng theo quy định tại Điều 2.5(a) của Thoả Thuận này.

Results (English) 1:

This agreement will terminate effective the next day ahead of one of the two following days: (i) the date on which the parties have completed their obligations and commitments, or (ii) the date that the deposit is converted into funds for Transfer payments as defined in article 2.5 (a) of this Agreement.

Results (English) 2:

This Agreement will terminate effective on the date prior to the date of either: (i) the date on which the Parties have fulfilled the obligations and their commitments, or (ii) the date that the Deposit is converted into the payment for the transfer price as defined in Article 2.5 (a) of this Agreement.
