Phát huy thế mạnh về việc áp dụng hệ thống chất lượng tích hợp vào sản xuất từ những năm 2003 cho đến nay, Nhà máy Dược liệu đã áp dụng thành công nguyên tắc Thực hành tốt sản xuất thuốc theo khuyến cáo của Tổ chức y tế Thế giới và đã chính thức nhận được giấy chứng nhận đạt ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007.
